HealthPoint Bothell Clinic

The Bothell Health Center provides medical, dental, WIC and counseling services as well as meeting rooms for community groups and affiliated organizations to the rapidly developing Bothell downtown.  The narrow site provided a number of design challenges while also addressing the new downtown urban design requirements of the City of Bothell.

HealthPoint embraces family-centered care and the building reflects a transition to a “medical home” model to improve patient care outcomes. Materiality for the design was important to tie into the historic fabric of downtown Bothell, bringing brick masonry and metal siding, along with a custom board form concrete wall with a warm inviting stain. The building achieved a LEED Gold certification.
