Built in 2023, the Redmond Together Center is a mixed use development that aims to improve housing stability, promote personal agency, elevate health equity, and deliver essential whole-person support across our community. Nestled inside the community hub, you will find a HealthPoint clinic. The clinic offers an on-site pharmacy, 15 exam rooms, a dental operatory suite with 8 dental chairs, a procedure room, and an operating room. 

The former Renton Highlands Public Library was transformed into a multi-service and career development center to provide critical social services in the heart of Renton’s Sunset community.

The Center includes a multipurpose room, classrooms for adult education, childcare, offices for staff, basic medical and primary care needs exam rooms, and parking. The space is flexible and will accommodate a variety of opportunities as the community needs.  Within walking distance of several hundred families, the Center was collaboratively designed to allow easy access for the significant number of low-income, elderly, and disabled residents.

HealthPoint provides health care to the underserved communities through 18 clinics located across King County. The Administrative offices are located in Renton, a location selected for being central to their operations. They occupy three buildings that were originally trucking warehouse facilities, constructed of concrete tilt-up panels. The HealthPoint program include a residency training program for A.T. Still University, a patient call center, executive offices, board room, meeting and conference rooms, training rooms, central pharmacy distribution center and central disaster recover computer operation center. The project was phased over several years to accommodate expansion and administrative functions with the addition of health care programs and new facilities.

Community Health Center of Snohomish County expanded their services to their existing Edmonds site to add a new 7,000 sf medical walk-in clinic and integrated services clinic. Expanding to the West, the new structure sits on a single level, aligning in both floor level and roof-line with the adjacent existing clinic. A private courtyard acts as a green privacy buffer between the two structures with a covered breezeway allowing connection for staff between the two clinics. Physical Therapy and Pain Management services are provided in a large SW facing open space with exposed wood structure. Aligning with the original site sustainable practices, a new raingarden and stormwater management design was integrated with the existing terrain.

The new 46,000 sf medical and dental clinic expands International Community Health Services to the City of Shoreline. ICHS provides culturally and linguistically appropriate health services to improve the health of Asian Pacific Islanders and the broader community. The project site was selected near public transportation and the design includes a community garden space to promote connection with the surrounding community. The clinic spaces are planned to enhance medical team integration and allow for open and efficient staff communication. A third floor shell space will be constructed for planned future expansion of medical services. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. 

2014 Masonry Institute Honor Award

Community Health Center of Snohomish County provides affordable healthcare to a broad range of patients including those without health insurance. The new 25,000 square foot two story Edmonds Medical and Dental Clinic is located on the west side of Highway 99 in Edmonds Washington. The clinic spaces, administrative support spaces and public areas are integrated with the existing sloped topography of the site resulting in a two-story building along Hwy-99 and a one-story building adjacent to the residential area to the east. Site design includes an efficient patient drop-off area and a rain garden for stormwater management. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and to support the goals of a pedestrian friendly Highway 99 Activity center.

The 112th street health center, located in Everett Washington, is operated by the Community Health Centers of Snohomish County. The building includes a pharmacy, medical clinic, and dental clinic in 25,000 square feet of space on two levels.

The Rainier Beach Clinic, located in Seattle Washington, is operated by Neighborcare Health. The building includes a medical and dental clinic in 26,000 square feet of space on two levels. The building is LEED Silver Certified.

Completed in autumn, 2003 this new 15,000 square foot health and dental care center for Puget Sound Neighborhood Health Centers anchors a developing cluster of community services and businesses on 35th Ave. in West Seattle.

The new 36,000 sf HealthPoint Midway Medical and Dental Center provides a health care home to an estimated 14,000 new patients in South King County. The clinic includes 15 medical exam rooms, 10 dental operatories, and a full scale laboratory.

The clinic, located in Bothell, Washington, is operated by HealthPoint Community Health Center. The building includes a medical and dental clinic in 16,000 square feet of space on two levels, with a below grade parking garage.
